Paige McNeal, Sr. Benefits Consultant - ext. 11

Paige is the Plan Administrator for Educators Benefit Consultants (EBC),
an affiliate of Educators Financial Services. Her responsibilities include
managing the 125 Flexible Spending Plan provided to schools in Minnesota,
Iowa and North Dakota. Paige is an excellent presenter and a recognized
expert on Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs), Health Reimbursement Arrangements
(HRAs) and Health Savings Accounts (HSAs). Paige travels the Midwest educating
employees in public schools and non-profit organizations on these topics.
Before joining EBC, Paige worked for the Minnesota State Retirement System,
drafting and monitoring pension legislation for the state. She also played
an integral role in establishing Minnesota's Health Care Savings Plan. Paige
has an impressive history of legislative involvement and public speaking
on a variety of topics. Her 6-year stint in the Army is probably why Paige
is able to keep her audience in line!

Bruce is a Long Term Care Consultant for Educators Benefit Consultants
(EBC), an affilate of Educators Financial Services, Inc. His responsibilities
include providing Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA's) and Long Term Care
Insurance benefits to schools/businesses in Iowa. Bruce has a B.A. &
M.A. from the University of Northern Iowa.
Bruce retired out of the Iowa public schools as an Administrator, Athletic
Director, Teacher & Coach. He also has been a benefits consultant for
schools/businesses in Iowa. Bruce has been a volunteer fireman, Jaycee,
Lion, Mason, Sunday School teacher, UNI & Wartburg volunteer, volunteers
at the Gable Wrestling Museum, and serves on his Church-Pastor board.
Bruce is married and has three grown children and five grandchildren. Bruce
likes to bug his grandchildren, collect baseball cards, play cards, attend
sporting events/musicals, and travel.
