EBC specializes in 125 Cafeteria Plan Arrangements (125 Flex Plans), Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs), Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) and in 403(b)/457(b) administration and compliance (ACS). EBC works predominately with public sector employers to provide consultative and administrative services so these employers may provide a variety of group benefits to their employees.
